I can add colour coordinated ribbon laces, paint any theme, and can also add genuine Swarovski Crystals to the toes on Converse.

Price
Pricing for custom wedding shoes varies as this is a bespoke service. I can offer adults, junior, infant and new born sizes.
Once you’ve submitted your design specifications I can give you a price.
Terms and Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 50% is taken up front to secure your order, or payment in full at the time of ordering if you prefer. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate size and I cannot be held responsible for supplying a size that does not fit. Please double check your size prior to ordering as these are a custom painted item and refunds or returns cannot be accepted if the shoes do not fit.
Once we have agreed a price, I will send you an email invoice with several payment options for the deposit.
The balance of your order is due on competition.
Delivery Policy
A flat fee shipping charge applies.
The shoe box is securely packaged with bubble wrap and paper. Every effort is made to protect the product.
World
Shipping worldwide is from £15.00 – £25.00. I use the Parcel Force courier which includes insurance cover.
Europe
Shipping in Europe is £15. I use the Parcel Force courier which includes insurance.
UK 1st class recorded delivery
Shipping in the UK by signed for recorded delivery is £6.00 and handled by Royal Mail.
Compensation against loss or damage is up to the value of £50 is included. Insurance cover can be increased for an additional fee.
UK special delivery
Special delivery is £11 and is guaranteed by 1pm the day after posting your order (not including Saturday).
Consignments are trackable via the Royal Mail website using email or SMS.
Insurance against loss and damage up to the value of £500 is available with special delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, deposits are non refundable on account of ordering materials and/or commencing work on your project.

Q: Is the paint water resistant?
A: The paint is water resistant and the canvas of the shoe is also treated with a fabric protector called Scotchgard.
Q: Can the footwear be cleaned or washed?
A: The footwear cannot be machine or hand washed as this could ruin the artwork. They can be wiped clean however with a damp cloth, no detergents.
Q: Do I need to provide the footwear?
A: No. I will source the footwear but you WILL need to provide your size, and check that the size fits.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: New born to Junior through to adult sizes are available.
Q: What is your size guide? UK, Europe, USA?
A: I source UK and Europe sizes but there’s a handy Converse size conversion guide here that can help. I also offer all half sizes.
